Mia turned One year old this past June 7th and we, of course, had our 12 month wellness check. Stats - for height Mia falls into the 75% at 29 1/2 inches. She's 20 lbs. 6 oz for weight (50%) & 47 cm for head circumference (90%). Mia has been crawling for the past few months and has been doing a bunch of standing and gliding, she looks to be walking anytime now.
Not only is she doing a lot of standing and moving, Miss Mia also has been doing a bunch of climbig which is kinda scary. She's our little dare devil baby. She can climb into her rocket ship, over the pillows, into baskets, just about everywhere.
Let's see - we have about a six word vocab right now - Mia loves to sort & has taken interest in reading books (looking at) & having books read to her. I'll think she'll be a book lover like her sister.
Bath time is the highlight for both girls and blowing bubbles outside. Mia is also eating real food and loves to feed herself - nice for us! Favorites are carne asada, lamb, risotto, & green beans! It's very messy though. Next check-up is in three months so we'll update again with Kait's 3 year too! Wow - how time flies...
